39TH ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

SAVE THE DATE!
August 2nd, 2026

This year, we're playing for Bayron.

100% of proceeds from the Phillips Tee Off for Tots golf outing will go directly to Bayron and his family.

Bayron is 13 years old. In June 2024, he and his father, Domingo, arrived in the United States from the Dominican Republic in search of better care and a brighter future.

Bayron lives with Cerebral Palsy, a result of complications from the Chikungunya virus he contracted as a toddler. He is unable to walk or talk, relies on a wheelchair for mobility, and receives all of his nutrition and medication through a G-tube placed during a hospitalization in July 2025.

Between June and December 2025, Bayron spent nearly six months in hospitals and rehabilitation — including a long stay at The Phoenix Center Children’s Rehabilitation. His father visited him every single night after work, often sleeping in a recliner by his son’s bed before heading straight to his next shift. Without a car or a license, Domingo relied on car services to make those visits possible, creating tremendous financial strain on the family.

Today, Bayron is back in his community. In January 2026, he began attending the Jesse Kaplan School in West Nyack, where he receives his education along with physical and occupational therapy. He has also been referred to Helen Hayes Hospital for a custom wheelchair evaluation — a critical next step toward greater independence and comfort.

Every dollar raised at this year’s Tee Off for Tots will go directly to Bayron and his family to help with medical equipment, transportation, and the day-to-day costs of caring for a child with significant needs.

We Golf for Jeriah Sauveur and His Family

Jeriah is a courageous 13-year-old from Pomona, New York, whose love of basketball and dreams of becoming a motivational speaker are as big as his heart. In January 2023, Jeriah was diagnosed with Stage 3 Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. His treatment journey has been long and grueling—six months of chemotherapy, followed by more aggressive chemo, radiation, stem cell retrieval, and ultimately a bone marrow transplant.
Through it all, Jeriah showed immense strength and resilience. Today, he is proud to say he is cancer-free and in remission, continuing his aftercare with immunotherapy and ongoing monitoring. His journey has been life-changing, but it has only fueled his desire to inspire others, sharing his story of hope, strength, and perseverance. Our support will help Jeriah and his family as they continue navigating the emotional and financial aftermath of his battle—allowing them to focus on his recovery, his passions, and his dreams for the future.
